Service Agreement

By engaging Efficient Gardeners for landscaping services, you agree to these terms. Our services include landscape design, garden maintenance, plant installation, irrigation systems, tree care, and hardscaping as detailed in your service agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. For ongoing maintenance contracts, payment is due monthly in advance. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled with 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur charges. Ongoing service contracts may be terminated with 30 days written notice.

Liability and Warranties

We warrant our workmanship for 30 days from completion. Plant materials are warranted according to industry standards. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

Property Access

Client grants access to property during scheduled service times. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden property features not disclosed prior to service.
